The FOL will relocate the sorting of the books to the former audio/video office on Saturday and Laura will ask Wanda at Saturday's book sale to have the issue of the Tuff shed placed on next month's agenda as unfinished business. Laura will hope to use the office as a quiet study room the for public once the shed is in operation. At January's meeting Laura spoke about referring potential volunteer's to the FOL as book sale room volunteer's. She shard the idea of advertising for volunteer's using the Patch of C C Crossroads website. Steven said he'd like to transition to the office and get set up before recruiting more volunteer's for the book sale.

Laura will be on vacation for the next two weeks so if input is needed for the next FOL newsletter during that period please let her know this week. Aileen said she'd need input by mid-March. Laura will let Greg & Joan know.

On the day of the book sale Stuart will lead a girls scout troop tour of the library. Next week he will provide a tour for a class from the adult school next door. Nancy and Aileen said that some customer's have asked if the FOL could have a tour as part of their programs. They will meet with staff about this option when they are next exploring what program they would like to offer.

The local history collection will be relocated to one of the small rooms by the former audio/visual office. The FOL will purchase Huell Howser DVD's that take place in Culver City. This part of the relocation of several collections in the library to better serve the public.
